Wind down the body and feel rejuvenated. Clear the mind and stretch away tension to a relaxed state. Transition from your busy day allowing yourself to ground, stabilize and relax. Spoil yourself with this nourishing sequence (mostly on the floor), deep stretches and breath work that ends with a yogic sleep (Nidra).


A class of being instead of doing. This class is designed to help you relax deeply. Poses are held from 3 minutes to 20 minutes with the use of props. Improve digestion & elimination. Lower blood pressure. Reduce muscle tension & insomnia.
