Fundamental Yoga

A class teaching the basic yoga postures, breathing  and meditation techniques preparing you for a beginner and all level classes.  Remember you don’t need to be flexible to begin yoga you just need to show up.

Kids/Family Yoga

Designed to build strength and self esteem, increase flexibility, relieve stress,create balance, develop focus, release energy and tone muscles; in a fun, imaginative, non competitive atmosphere.  Classes for 5yrs to 16 yrs.

Yoga Flow

Flow teaches students to build skills into flowing sequences by connecting the asanas (poses) with the inhalations and exhalations with a focus of correct alignment of the body and spine with the use of props. Helps to refine your poses while training your mind to stay centered, clear and focused, preparing you for meditation.

Power Vinyasa

A vigorous, energetic system of asanas linking breath to movement.  This dynamic style builds strength and flexibility through heat. This practice is for the physically active person with previous yoga experience and knowledge of the basic yoga postures.

Restorative Yoga

A class of being instead of doing. This class is designed to help you relax deeply. Poses are held from 3 minutes to 20 minutes with the use of bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets. A few benefits include improved digestion and elimination, lower blood pressure, and reduction of muscle tension and insomnia.

Paddle Board Yoga (SUP)

Strengthening your upper-body and core from paddling is a bonus to your practice.  A typical SUP session will begin with a short warm up on the beach, followed by seated poses, breathing and gentle stretches, then onto kneeling, paddling and standing series.  The class is finished off with everyone’s favorite pose, savasana (relaxation) on the board.
