The 200 RYT Yoga Teacher Training gives you the proper foundation for teaching yoga. This professional certification training prepares you to teach safely, teach confidently and teach knowledgeably. You’ll learn the basic principles, essential elements and inner awareness to grow your understanding and your practice of yoga. Uncover how to embody what you teach through an integrated, hands-on approach.
Upon completion of this training, you will earn a 200 RYT certificate and be eligible to continue your education with the Marianne Wells’s Advanced Yoga Teacher Training programs.
About the Yoga Training in Guatemala
This teacher training will give yoga students the confidence necessary to teach a safe, remarkable and successful class. It is open to all students; dedicated practitioners and aspiring teachers seeking to deepen their understanding of themselves and a yogic lifestyle, developing the skills in becoming an exceptional yoga teacher.
This immersion is limited to 15 participants so we suggest you reserve your space as early as possible. The 14-day experience will change your life forever. Working in small groups allows participants to help and support each other through challenging moments leading to friendships that last a lifetime.
The yoga teacher training is located away from all distractions of your everyday environment, which makes applying yourself fully to the program easier. The retreat center is situated on the magical landscape of Lake Atitlan, at Villa Sumaya. The comfortable rooms, healthy meals, and modern accommodations put you in the perfect atmosphere for intense study. Once the process of self-inquiry begins you learn how to dive deeper within allowing personal growth and creativity to arise. It is here that you will find your expression to pass onto others and to inspire in your communities.
The program will consist of pranayama, mantras, the yoga sutras of Patanjali, physical body systems, energy body layers, asanas, how to live a yogic lifestyle, traditional styles and modern day teachings. As you begin to explore all these components your teaching style will arise.

Life happens; in the event that you must cancel your training please notify us in writing 60 days prior to November 3rd, 2012. If something comes up after this date you will loose 50% unless we are able to re-sell your space. The deposit of $195 is not refundable
