On this three-day weekend you will be introduced with a “hands on” approach to whole body health; cooking vegan & raw, making natural body treatments and detoxifying and relaxing the body with yoga.
Our chef will introduce us to cooking with local & seasonal ingredients that will promote health and vitality; you will be amazed with the flavors that she creates and can take the recipes home with you to share this healthy way of cooking with friends. Explore the world of green juices, raw treats and yummy desserts. Our chef will also teach us how to create natural products for our bodies; scrubs, glows and other treatments all made from local natural products.
Danielle will guide you through a combination of yoga flow and restorative practices. These practices will be designed to detoxify your body as well as your mind. With carefully designed classes we will use twisting and compression poses to rinse the spine and internal organs allowing for elimination of toxins in the circulatory, digestive and lymphatic system. We will also use the practice of meditation to cleanse the emotional body and pranyama or “yogic breathing” to aid in properly using the diaphragm, which helps to massage the organs for proper digestion and fully emptying the lungs, releasing stale air. Yoga classes are suitable for all experience levels.

About The Retreat Center
Casa Cassiopeia is situated on a secluded white sand beach with NO neighbors in sight on the island of Little Cayman. The villa is located at the midpoint of the south side of the island, minutes from the village, and away from all the stress of the modern world. The accommodations are shared rooms with shared king or queen beds. We will have the use of bicycles and kayaks during our stay.
