First Session (90 minutes)
We'll start with a comprehensive consultation to discuss your goals, experience, any injuries or limitations, and what you hope to achieve. I'll assess your current flexibility and strength, then guide you through a customized practice. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your unique practice plan and recommendations for home practice.
Ongoing Sessions (60 or 90 minutes)
Each session builds on the last, progressively working toward your goals. We'll regularly reassess and adjust your practice as you develop. Sessions include physical practice, breathwork, and optional meditation or relaxation.

How to Prepare
